Trip Insurance is optional and generally 6.5% of the total cost of the trip.

At the time of reservation, we need to know your dates, club preferences (BHI/Shoals), occupants of the house, trip insurance preference and contact information.

If the rental is more than thirty days in advance of your arrival, Kimrey will mail you a contract for your signature.  Sign one copy of the contract and return it to Kimrey with a personal check within seven days.  This is important as failure to do so will release the courtesy hold on your dates of choice.

Upon receipt of your signed contract and payment, Cottage Vacations will make arrangements for housekeeping and your club access.  Information on how to access the house is mailed out immediately after your final payment clears the bank.

Arrangements made within the thirty day window will be conducted by electronic mail rather than US Postal mail.
